Walking Around Town

In the historic district here on the island is a facade from an old bus station.  It had two entrances and two waiting areas for segregation under Jim Crow.  The facade has been saved and is now an entrance to the courtyard and parking area for new condos on the site.

For the Right Whales

In my continuing quest to avoid the big blank canvas on the easel, I played with some mixed media on black watercolor paper.  The gallery will have a special window of whale art for the Right Whale Festival here on the island so it was the perfect excuse to play.
